Breakfast: three lemon raspberry muffins

Snack: grandma's grain with hemp hearts, raisins, and homemade unsweetened apple sauce

Snack: nachos with cheddar, salsa, red peppers, sour cream

Snack: boiled egg and sweet marie bar

Dinner: veggie burger on collard leaves with roasted potatoes and carrots

Snack: bean cookie pie with crême brulée ice cream
