Hey Claudia! I'm glad you told me it's you or I would have been like "wtf?" because your blog is so confuzzling! Glad you like it. It's really picked up in the past couple of weeks. I'm pretty excited about it.
I'm a mostly-vegetarian, full-time student who happens to enjoy cooking. I like meals that can be frozen, and leftovers are a necessity for lunches. I don't know how to follow a recipe, and I make things up as I go along. My meals represent my attempt to balance convenience, creativity, taste, and health. In this blog, I share my successes, and occasionally my failures. My toaster oven is dirty, my oven mitts are scorched, and my cutlery doesn't match, but I'm a real person and everything posted here was actually cooked for me and my husband, Kyle. I started sending recipes to my family and friends in November of 2007, and my switch to blog format has been bumpy, to say the least. Since I also care about the environment, I also have the occasional "green" tip, trick, or tutorial. These two blog posts represent the various iterations of this blog: this post and this slightly more recent one.
