Meals Dec 2, 2012

Breakfast: grandma's grain (millet, brown rice, quinoa, pot barley)
with a dried apricot, pecans, and cinnamon (no sugar)

Snack: granny smith apple, cheddar cheese, boiled egg, coffee

Lunch: Moroccan chickpea soup with bread and margarine

Dinner: green curry leftovers

Snack: two handfuls of spicy ketchup chips

Snack: small piece of homemade caramel (thanks sis)
