Meals Dec 4, 2012

Breakfast: grandma's grain with cocoa powder, unsweetened coconut,
bits of (homemade) caramel, and milk.

Snack: daily coffee. Banana

Snack: carrots and spicy hummus. Daily thermos of tea (oolong today)

Lunch: two tiny BLTs on homemade buns (1 slice of bacon each)

Snack/dinner: Spicy chickpea salad with kale, onions, carrots, red peppers

Dinner/snack: Poutine and pepsi
