Meals Dec 6, 2012

Breakfast: polenta with bacon, cheese and stirfried onions & garlic.

Snack: 3 dates, 4 pecans, and a slice of cheese cut into tiny pieces

Snack: chickpea salad with taco-flavoured ground round, red onions and red peppers.

Snack: banana with honey, cinnamon, and ground pecan

Dinner: sweet chili lime tofu with kale and brown rice

TV Snack: half a fruit plate
